Lol I couldn’t think of anything better to call this blog post so I included the date even though the date should show up after this post :-) Well so what is going on? Notta really just working at ThomasNet in the web analytics department. Here at Joe Fanning SEO studio things are going well. I’m

working on, psychotherapist New Jersey today and looking at the rankings for Elisabeth Constantine’s psychotherapy web site. She is a really talented psychotherapist and hypnotherapist located in Teaneck New Jersey at 57 Cedar Lane by Green Street. Her website is doing well but I’m linking to it with a few keywords that are getting a high amount of traffic with Google’s Adwords keywords free tool which I love to use. The best place I think for quick quality links is on related or sometimes closely related blogs. I search for “psychotherapy powered by disqus”

and get some good comments in with that platform. Google is now indexing javascript so I see the links in Google’s backlink reports by using the link:www.clientssite.com search operator. Backlink Watch doesn’t show the keywords or links though in their backlink report. I’m guessing they don’t index javascript/Ajax yet in their reports and research.

Google is placing a lot of rank authority on domains too. You really need to buy some parked domains and point them to your site to compete for a major trafficked keyword along with creating some nice backlinks from .coms, .govs, and .edu sites. Those are findable by doing a search “site:.edu powered by WordPress or powered by disqus”. You’ll get some juicy link love from a search like that. Don’t shy away from javascript based comment systems either since they are showing up in backlink reports but not all.

Hmm what else. I’m reading up on Flash MX upgrade

essentials. I bought a book of that title by Sham Bhungal from Borders nearby my 5 Penn Plaza building because they are going out of business. The books is more about the upgrades to Flash MX which include so far I’ve read, pin able pallets, new layer features and more. Flash animation looks really interesting as I’ve seen some psychedelic  designs of splash pages, banners, navigations and more working on websites in General and installing WebTraxs code onto websites

for our own analytics purposes.

All else is well. My wife Shannon got me a Swiss Movado watch for valentine’s day and I love it! It’s two tone gold, has a quartz swiss made movement, a sapphire clear crystal that is only stratchable by diamonds which is the best part of the watch I think because it sucks getting your watch scratched. There is a sun dial at the top in gold plated. It’s stainless steel with yellow gold accents. It features the m
inimalist design of a Movado with a black background and no second hands. This is a really great watch and I love keeping up the time on it. Even though I might be a minute or so off hahaha. That’s ok I’m Boss at Joe Fanning SEO search rankings studio so what does it matter ;-)

Giants parade is coming to NYC watch out!

Hey guys. Today I woke up at 9 AM whoo! and did some blog commenting. I was posting on my favorite topics of choice and using Disqus comments. I was wondering whhy Blekko, that highly touted new search engine who Dvorak is loving,  they have a domain links report in Aaron Wall’s SEOBook toolbar. However, what I was wondering was why do the links to my site not match that of using a simple Google link command and showing ommited results. When I do this I get 390 links to www.jfseostudio.com, wheras Blekko just shows 174. I know I’ve added about 80 links over the past month. I read a post that they don’t update links to your site that often but they do if the link is to your blog or updated news pages. So if you use this feature with the SEO Book toolbar that is my 2 cents.

Blekko uses slash tags example www.jfseostudio.com/ seo to show SEO stats such as domain links, page links, duplicate content, keyword density, and more.

Other stuff going on, I’m having issues with my Xion Dazl computer (gaming) hot rod that isn’t powering on. Sigh. Hopefully I can get that to work. I put all the parts in the case but it won’t power on. Checking connections asap…

My main hot rod though is my alienware m11x laptop. This bad boy rips through just about anything. It’s small at 11 inches but packs a punch. I love the design, which is really how Alienware sells their products based on design and band. It’s easy to use at night with customizable led lights and the front looks like a Camaro :-) I just ordered a free name plate from Dell. Don’t forget though that they only give you a free name plate if you bought the computer from Dell.com/alienware  or else they say they don’t have the custom nameplates in stock. Call 1-800 ALIENWARE to get started. My name plate is blank with an Alien on it. because I bought it from a third party a J and R electronics off of eBay. I got a great price at only $600 which is why these bad boys sold so fast in that auction. I have a Core 2 Duo with 4 GB of DDR3 ram. This bad boy now sports a core i5 processor and will beat your wallet up at $900 but is still worth it just for showing of f your advanced knowledge of high end computer engineering.

We are all plugged into the matrix that is technology. We’re plugged into an inevitable network of electricity and cyberspace weather you like it or not. From the moment you wake up and turn on your coffee maker to the moment you set your alarm clock to go to bed at night. The immoveable force of technology surrounds us and empowers us on daily basis. Technology is what makes us compete and make better quality products that increase the quality of our lives. Without it we are really just stuck in pre-historic times trying to re-invent the wheel but we can’t quite put our fingers on it. The Matrix just like the Lawrence Fishburn  and Keano Reeves movie states is everywhere, everyone, and everything. We’re plugged in. We have our smart phones now to keep us constantly in touch with each other. Planes can take us to the furthest corner of the planet in no more than 14 hours. What isn’t possible?

Twitter is the marketing craze. You can hate tweeters all you want or be indifferent to them but that doesn’t stop the twitter monster. Don’t be fooled by twitters docile logo which as we know is a little blue bird. Twitter is the most efficient and quickest way to get targeted volume or other traffic to your website.  Programs like tweet adder make this process even easier. Before marketing programs like this you had to manually follow people who you are trying to connect with on twitter.  Then even worse off all you had to manually follow your followers who added you and un follow people until your ratio was lower than 1.5 or 1 to of follows to followers. This ratio is an unwritten rule of who to follow or not by seasoned Twitter afficinados. At any rate twitter is an unstoppable microblogging beast allowing you to reach out to people for business or personal reasons in cyberspace.  Go Packers!  :-)
